WAKATI Watanzania wakihitimisha maadhimisho ya miaka 51 ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar, wakazi wa Zanzibar wamejikuta wakiadhimisha sherehe hizo kwa mtindo wa pekee baada ya kufutiwa malipo ya ada kwa shule za msingi na sasa elimu hiyo inatolewa bure visiwani humo.
Kama hiyo haitoshi, pia katika kilele cha maadhimisho hayo, ilibainishwa kuwa kuanzia sasa wazazi hawatochangia malipo ya ada ya mitihani ya kidato cha nne na cha sita.
Habari hizo njema zilibainishwa na Rais wa Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar, Dk Ali Mohammed Shein, ambaye alisisitiza kuwa uamuzi huo unatokana na utekelezaji wa dhamira ya mapinduzi ya Zanzibar ya kuwapatia wanafunzi wote elimu bure, kama ilivyoasisiwa na hayati Karume na kutangazwa Septemba 23, mwaka 1964.
Wakati Dk Shein akitangaza unafuu huo katika elimu kwa wakazi wa Zanzibar, tayari Rais Jakaya Kikwete, naye hivi karibuni alitangaza rasmi kuwa serikali inaangalia uwezekano wa kufuta ada katika shule zake za sekondari.
Kwa mujibu wa Rais Kikwete, lengo la kufuta ada hizo ni kusaidia wanafunzi wengi ambao wanashindwa kuendelea na elimu hiyo, kutokana na ukosefu wa fedha waweze kuendelea na masomo yao.

2.  Goals. Clearly explain the goals of your proposal. You formulated these in Step 2, based on the RFP and your understanding of the organization and their problems.
3.  Proposed Methodology. Describe each of the recommended steps, developed in Step 3, that will lead the organization to meeting their goals.
4.  Time and cost. Thoroughly explain the time and cost requirements for each step in the methodology, based on your calculations from Step 3. This section should also specify how you will be billing the client, and when payment will be expected.
5.  Qualifications. Fully describe why yours is the best company for this job. This information will be based on your competitive strengths and on the proposal's evaluation criteria, which you developed in Step 5.
6. Benefits. Discuss the many benefits the client will receive by implementing your recommendations. This section is based on the benefits identified in Step 4.
7. Apply the Finishing Touches. Review the proposal carefully to ensure it completely fulfills the requirements set out in the RFP. Make sure the information is arranged logically and that it fully addresses each of the decision maker's concerns. Finally, have someone you trust proofread the proposal to catch spelling and grammatical errors.
